CPI-ML to adopt methods of Armed struggle to set people's government

The 9th congress of CPI - ML (Marxist-Leninist) ended in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar with a resolution to unite all the leftist revolutionary forces and strengthen the socialist movement in the country.

The delegates condemned the government as being ruled by capitalistic forces. While alleging that the current sets of Maoists

do not have a conceptual design to spread awareness among peasantry and oppressed classes, the congress also condemned the existing liberal left parties like CPI & CPM of failing to achieve the goals of socialistic movement.

Recognising the people’s movements across the country, the congress also expressed its plan to raise a new socialist party in the country and also made it clear that the new party will adopt all sorts of methods including armed revolution to establish people’s democracy.

The congress was participated by the CPI-ML members of India and revolutionary Communist/ Socialist party members and leaders from US and many European countries.
