Snake helpline Volunteer into breeding of Snakes at Home |

Subhendu Mallick - a Snake Helpline Volunteer of Bhubaneswar hatched baby cobra snakes from 17 eggs at his home. Bred in a controlled atmosphere, the cobra eggs started hatching in 45-47 days while naturally it takes about 60 days. From the success in hatching the cobra eggs, Subhendu hopes that this method can be applied for saving the reptiles that are on the verge of extinction.
